At Kingdom Voyages Inc., we are deeply grateful for your generous support. We understand that sometimes errors can occur, and we are committed to working with our donors to resolve any donation issues promptly and respectfully.

1. General Policy

As a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations to Kingdom Voyages Inc. are considered non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may require special consideration.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following limited situations:

Duplicate donations made in error
Incorrect donation amount
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
Other rare cases at the discretion of our finance team

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original donation date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

Full name of donor
Donation date and amount
Last four digits of the payment method (if applicable)
Reason for the refund request

We will respond to your request within 5–7 business days.

4. Chase Bank Donations

All online donations are processed through Chase Bank Refunds for donations made via Chase Bank may also be subject to their terms of service and processing guidelines. We will work with Chase Bank to ensure proper resolution of any valid refund request.

5. Tax Implications

If a refund is issued for a donation that has already received a tax-deductible receipt, the original receipt will be voided, and the donor is responsible for amending their tax filings accordingly.

6. Kingdom Voyages’ Discretion

Kingdom Voyages reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions or that are inconsistent with our charitable and legal obligations.
